## Get to know a little about my journey as a Product Designer

### Senior Product Designer

11/2025 - Present

Created Cora and AI service flows (FSM). AI-only appointments grew 222% between July and August; errors fell 57.8% through September, still partial. Used PostHog and feature flags to validate Internal Chat as a paid add-on, creating recurring revenue. Also structured the Clinia 2.0 Design System.

Worked across discovery and delivery for digital products, including information architecture, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and handoff.

Participated in the redesign of the Petrobras portal, working with a Design System applied across more than 100 pages, and in prototyping Banco do Brasil's Escola de Influenciadores.
